I help pre-teens and teenagers with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Many of my clients present also with behavioral and academic difficulties When I see younger children, it is in the context of a family therapy, with one or more parents present. My adult clients also present with mild-to-severe psychological problems ranging from adjustment to changing life conditions, increasing workplace performance, creating better outcomes in relationships, and developing increased resilience. Couples most often seek help for difficulties in communication, boundary setting, loss of empathy and trust, and attachment insecurity. Others also may be struggling with the impact of historical and contemporary emotional traumas. As a clinical psychologist, I am highly trained with working with mild-to-severe psychological disorders. I am currently screening for two new men’s counseling groups, to begin in fall 2024.
